I purchased $250 in merchandise from the website and immediately returned to the address which was packaged with the items, at the direction of CK. That was in January, 2016.
It is now May, 2016 and I'm told that there is no warehouse where I sent the return. What???!!! EVEN THOUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGED ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS THAT CALVIN KLEIN HAD RECEIVED THE RETURN AND WOULD BE ISSUING A CREDIT! This is just simply bogus AND AN OUTRIGHT LIE and a way to cheat me out of a rightful credit.
Won't be buying CK ever again. Would caution anyone considering buying from CK to think again to a company that respects it customers.
