The first week I had my knee length Calvin Klein winter coat, and one of the buttons that secures the pockets, mysteriously falls off.. I don't even know what happened to it. so I have an ugly hole in my coat pocket now the size of a dime.

Furthermore and most importantly, the zipper is always getting stuck or jammed since day 1. Today it got stuck so bad, that I couldn't get out of my coat! I was just stuck wearing it for hours. The zipper had to be pulled open with plyers, and thus destroying the zipper.

I will never buy another CK coat. This is my second one, and the first had the same issue with the zipper.

Because Calvin Klein doesn't replace anything that's worn, let alone broken, I had to pay someone to replace the zipper.

When will Calvin Klein start to have better customer service? Every rating and review on here is negative. Yet nothing changes.
