Calvin Klein review in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey: Another zipper problem

I actually bought my CK coat in January of 2013, but hardly used it until last winter 2013-2104. Didn't make it through the winter before having a problem with the zipper. It has snaps but not sufficient to keep the cold out. Brought it to an expert seamstress and she couldn't even replace it - the way the zipper was put in she would have had to rip up the whole coat - she couldn't remove it without damaging it. The coat warm and seemingly well made - but you have to have all quality parts as well. $200? I could pay much less and have still be warm!

I have encountered the same problem. Glad for the info about having the zipper replaced i won't bother to try to take it to tailor.

Ugh!! I have the same problem!

Not happy that a coat over $200 lasts for less than a year and only worn seasonally. I am going to call them tomorrow.

Calvin klein winter coat zipper wont stay closed

purchased a calvin klein coat for winter use. In less than 1 year the zipper wont stay closed. It was used for the winter months ; January to March of 2014 and as of November 2014, the zipper would not work. Now I'm wearing a coat that wont stayed closed-it gets pretty cold. I guess I wont be buying another CK coat or most likely any other CK product. Don't know what else to say other than I'm very unhappy and this will be a very cold winter with a zipper that will not close. Hope I met the 100 word criteria for this review. DO NOT BUY CALVIN KLEIN COATS DUE TO THEIR VERY POOR ZIPPERS1

I bought Jeans from calvin klein egypt " City Star for 1330 Egyptian money. 177 $ nearly and after 3 month when I was Praye he cutting near the Pocket 3 Centemitr .. I take the jeans to the calvin klein store in sity star to See what they going to do .And I shocked from the answer (( sorry the Owner change month ago and became the new owner Mohamed Al-Najjar so We reject to replacement your jeans and we are not responsible for the old owner time )) and when I tell him that I bought the jeans from calvin klein store not from any names he said sorry I can't do nothing for you .. And I insisted to Showing the jeans to customer service on the company he take the jeans and after 2 day I have phoned from customer service (( manar )) منار and she telling me sorry we rejected the jeans because we don't have any dates from the old owner .... and now after 5 year I have been bought all my jeans from calvin klein egypt I want to say Little Note to every one who thinking to buy anything from calvin klein egypt take care they Cheating

You bought a pair of jeans and they wore out after 3 months? Shocker!

It might be

a surprise for you but that is called normal wear and tear.

Next time, Buy less expensive jeans. My Old Navy jeans are almost a year old and I paid $17 for them.

Ck, I purchased 2 shirts from CK ONE WAS OF VNECK STYLE, being that it is ck product u would think washing it would not damage the item, well I was wrong the neck on the shirt now looks like *** (defected) all customer service ( Fernando ) could say it's been over 30-60 days so there is nothing We can do, and I know he was doing his job (professional). My complaint is that Ck with the brand U have created U would think they would want to accomadate loyal customer(s). Have no intentions to purchase Ck product(s) again....Thank u for your time.

You are right. It is very long time for refund. I wrote about bad quality of items before 2 weeks after the purchase, the CK wrote me "please, wait your answer", and after 30 days after the purchase CK wrote "you are so late, now is more 30 days"

purchased 2 sweaters in a Calvin Klein outlet store in Pennsylvania 2 weeks ago, Both had beautiful colour.Washed them as directed (by hand) and they still shrank. started off with double X sweaters and now they won't fit a 10 year old.A complete total waste of money and expectations. I should have been able to wear these more than just once. Far from inexpensive. people should be aware that their investment in a Calvin Klein product is potentially going to shrink to a pile of useless fabric . With taxes I wasted over $100. I have never written a complaint about anything before, this should not be how I am spending my Sunday evening .

Dude. The Calvin Klein return policy is 30 days.

You can tell them all you want that you only wore it twice but your word is not a guarantee and they don't know that for sure. You can't keep something for 2 months and then expect them to believe your word for face value.

Also normal Calvin Klein stores don't typically take back things that were purchased from the outlet, similar to most other brands like Michael Kors and such. The outlet stores sell different products made more cheaply specifically for the outlet store.

Also the fact that you had a scanned receipt is a problem because they can't guarantee that the receipt is yours. To them a scanned receipt means that the original is out there somewhere, and that means there's a possibility that you aren't the original owner of the receipt.

Never mind the fact that you probably didn't have the original tag still on the product.

You expect way more than what is average for customer service, and act like you're entitled to things that you really, really are not entitled to.

Calvin Klein review in New York, New York: Beware CalvinKlein online-

Weeks after Calvin Klein online failed to deliver shoes I needed for a vacation, i cancelled the order. Then I got a notice that they had found the shoes at their warehouse. After another week I called and they said they had no idea when the shoes would be shipped. Since I was leaving my vacation site, they agreed to cancel the order if it could not be delivered within the week. The next day I got another email that I should call them if I could not wait a month. So I canceled AGAIN. Then about 2 weeks later I got yet another email saying my order was shipped. So I called yet again and told them to intercept the order as no one was at my vacation site anymore, I had cancelled the order and it should never have been shipped. They said it would be cancelled...BUT then I found a charge on my credit card. Now is that incompetence on their part or out right business fraud?
