Very bad and slow service. If you bought a low-quality item, that you will take a refund the money for it very difficult and long. The panties have very bad quality, they torn after 1-3 time of use (bought 4 pc). I wrote about return on time (before 30 days) and sent the pictures. And I waited the answer approx. 3 weeks. The answer was: "We appreciate your response. Please accept our apologies as we were not able to deem the referenced items defective. It does not appear that any damage was due a to a manufacturing defect." I asked to send me a copy of certificate the expert, who take it to see only the pictures))) And the last answer was "Unfortunately, your return request has been denied by our management team directly." Is it a good service??? No, this is a very bad service. Your rights aren't respected and infringed by Calvin Klein company. And this is a serious reason will not buy items in this company.

I recently purchased a pair of pyjamas from Calvin Klein. I thought I was treating myself to something luxurious! What a joke. The elastic on the trousers disintegrated in the first wash. The dye in the t shirt smelled so strongly (like cheap tshirts from the market) that I had to wash all my clothes again to get rid of the stench. I have now been battling with CK customer services for well over a month to get a refund. Their clothing is shockingly poorly manufactured, and their customer service is appalling. I even had someone phoning from the States, and having no idea where England was or that we dealt in pounds not dollars. It was a complete joke! Still no further ahead!

Returned Items No Credit

I returned my Calvin Klein Raincoat that I bought online in the beginning of December and have not received a credit for $149.00. I have called customer service 4 times now and they do not know where my raincoat is nor my credit. The customer service for Calvin Klein has gotten worse and worse every time I deal with them. I think they have outsourced their customer service to over seas. I've also have had issues with their loyalty program. They seemed to have lost my rewards. I don't get the emails with my rewards then they expire because I don't know when they are issued or when they expire. I have always liked their suites and dress shirts, but dealing with their customer service is not fun.

Same here ....I was refused my return with hatred look and loud Voice like a secret service agent, I left the bag and walked out , When wrote a letter to customer care they sent me s standard apology letter from the Department with a Lolly Pop of $25 Gift cards.

This is how Customer Care can think of and can reach up to without addressing the real issue and advising to go at the same store and get insulted ....To *** with Calvin Klein... they don't know how to say No to customer... Great products with Cheap/ Poor / weak Leadership

Poor Quality cotton in Manufacture....

I am in Taiwan On Holiday/business.

I purchased two what I thought were good looking shirts from

Costco in Tainan City.

On washing the said shirts the bloody cotton stitching appears to have shrunk crimping up all the seams.

The label says the shirts were made in Bangladesh....contractor# 10687 and presumably 15.06 means the date of manufacture.

Hey they are good looking shirts but this problem really detracts from

the quality......there is *** all you can do about it now I guess but sort the problem for other customers please

Poor quality product with NO response from customer service

I purchased a black faux suede dress from CK that bled black ink all over my body. When I emailed customer service to let them know that I wore the garment once and had this issue, I was told to contact CK "dresses". I contacted this department and have been waiting patiently for 3 months now for SOMEONE to respond to my issue one way or another. I paid more than $100 for this dress and I only wore it once! Very disappointed in Calvin Klein all around. Product and customer service - just awful!

I had the same thing happen but after the first time I had it dry cleaned. I'm hoping to get my money back from the store I purchased it from.

During the summer i purchased 2 shirts at Dillard's in Charleston,SC. When they almost immediately began to look worn and raveled I figured "oh well and used them for night shirts. In January I purchased 2 wonderfully soft sweatshirts and a pair of sweat pants, these shirts are already see through under the arms and shed fleecy balls on everywhere. The sweatpants are full of pills after 2 washes and look old and very worn. I am so disappointed in your quality..it is beyond low at this point. After buying Calvin Klein forever, I will not even bother to look at anything with this name on it again. When I pay a lot of money for a good quality name brand, this is not what I expect.

I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein PERFORMANCE sweat pants well it turned out to be quite the performance for me after one wash the lint trap was full of pink lint and the so called performance sweat pants had the pills they get on clothing after you've owned washed and wore something for a long time. My second wash again filled my lint trap by this time I'm wondering why so much material.is comming off my 3rd and final was produced my product see through in the crotch area no pink material left and scattered throughout the pants some white spots some pink spots. contacted customer service it's been since November now NO RESOLUTION!! Sent all information asked for. totally disgusted with their lack of care for such a big name in the industry. needless to say I will not purchase their products..DISSAPPOINTED IN NEW YORK.

Twice the size!

I bought 2 Calvin Klein dresses. They were the same style but different colors. Both were 100% acrylic and had on the label to dry clean only. I dry cleaned the 1st one and the bodice, upon return from the cleaners, was twice the size as when I brought it in. I couldn't wear it anymore because of the way it fit. I just cleaned the 2nd one for the first time and voila, when it came back from the cleaners, the bodice was twice the size, just like the 1st one. I'm not a happy camper. I just retired and I don't want to invest in dresses that won't be worn often. This dress was just what I needed to attend a bridal shower so I'm bummed, not at the dry cleaners but at Calvin Klein. I believe they put on the wrong care instructions.

I had purchased 2 boxers from Phoenix market city store- Pune on 24th March 2016. When My husband tried one at home he dint like the fit at all since it was way to short. So we taught of exchanching the other one which was still packed. Obviously we taught the one he tried cannot be exchanged though the tag was still on.. Today I.e 10th April when we went to exchange this was a series of incident. I explained the saleswoman about why we are exchanging . Saleswoman very politely mentioned that lingerie cannot be exchanged,and we cannot refund the amount. I told her I shall buy something else in exchange of that, she said she is not sure and she will talk to store manager. When the mgr arrived , she was extremely rude, she snapped at me said we cannot exchange and said"you have come so late to exchange a boxer" (15 days)if it was jeans I would have exchanged at even after 6 months..I did try and tell her to check that it is not used, she just din bother to listen.. She had already taken my bill and boxer was in her hand. I said we are not going to use anyway so you can keep it. She kept the boxer along with Bill. I'm So Disappointed by her approach...my entire money is now wasted , she has kept the bill and boxer as well...this was my first purchase from Calvin Klein and I promise I will never ever visit the store again and make sure my friends also don't visit it. There must be certain rules which you'll must be following but that not the way to talk to a customer...my 3 k is wasted where one of the product lying with me which is useless and other one with Calvin Klein store where you'll are gonna sell and make money out of it.... The worst part is they have kept my bill as well.

Just had the worst experience in a retail store - probably within the last 15 years. Uninspired, lazy the staff was more busy to talk among themselves than to serve clients. Been waiting for 15 minutes to be brought a shoe to try on. When I wanted to try it on, there were no socks available. Being asked how to deal with the situation, the guy just shrugged and said that he couldn't help me. I ended up buying a pair of socks to try the shoes, which I really liked AND I ended up buying the shoes! At the counter I reported that I was unhappy but there was no reaction from anybody. Wow! You guys REALLY don't need clients. Business must be too good.

Do not shop Calvin Klein in Brazil

Hi everyone! We have Calvin Klein in Brazil selling products that are being produced here, but their quality is just awful. It is completely different from what we shop abroad. The quality of the fabric is very very poor, the correct sizes are not respected, so for an L, you have to buy an XL and so on. I have bought a pair of jeans and they are completely ruined after being washed for the first time (according to instructions). The dye was washed away and they shrunk to a point I cannot fit them anymore. That´s ridiculous considering the price I´ve paid for. How do you aloud something like that? CK, what a disappointment!
