Dude. You can't return underwear to Calvin Klein.

It even says so on their return policy. Underwear is final sale because it's something that they can't just resell to another customer, so they'd have to throw it away. Don't complain just because you can't read.

Them offering an exchange was kind of them. I swear this entire website is full of entitled people like you who expect businesses to fall down to their knees for you.

I love how some people are still completely confused about how online shopping works. Of course they are going to put a hold on your account and/or go ahead and take the money as soon as you purchase the item.

If you want product in your hand as soon as you purchase it, go to one of those store thingys. Finally, believe it or not, it costs money for these organizations to ship things.

They are not going to one package of underwear. Completely cost inefficient.

I Bought items online on Calvin Klein's website with Shoprunner which offers free shipping and return shipping. But when I returned an item they charged me for return shipping. I called them and told them the situation and no one was able to help me. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. They told me there's nothing they could do and that I "can't prove anything" even though I have the tracking information and the shoprunner return label.

Manager named "Justin" should be trained on Accounting 101. Has no clue what he is doing. Refund for online order was not processed for approved/authorized store returns. Also, this company made Unauthorized charges on my account as well. Customers beware. No point with calling to rectify a situation. They cannot keep track of orders and returns. Keep your receipts. Disputes with bank were in my favor.

I brought a wallet on Thursday September, 9th and today went to return it. The wallet was so poor that when I put my credit card in, it broke the card. I took the same bag that I got when I purchased it. I was told that I need the long receipt. I advised the salesman that this is all I got. The sale lady put this in the bag. It had the credit card receipt, a 15% discount card and a gift receipt. The salesman was very rude to me. I requested for a manager and it turned out to same person who did the sale for me. In front of her, the salesman tone was rude. She didn’t say anything. I told her I got everything that she gave me back in the original bag with the unused wallet, the same way I took it, all tags still in place. She said that she cannot help. She said that she will have to see the security video to see this purchase. Why? Brown people can’t afford to buy a wallet? I left the wallet with her, as I didn’t want to be insulted any more. What gives you and your employees to treat people with disrespect customer. If I had raised my voice, I would have been thrown out of the store and/or police called. This was your store in South Edmonton Common, Edmonton, Alberta. Thank you for showing me the true colors of your customer service. Please do keep the money and give it to the manager who not once apologized for the rude behavior of her staff and for keeping the wallet. I am writing to yourself and your team as this is a distasteful way of running a business. Also, for your information the regional office is so busy, they don’t have time to call myself and even acknowledge a complaint is been looked into and even the call center’s manager does not have the time to talk as they are in endless meetings. Seriously, what is this. For a small amount your stores have the right to disgrace people?
