Quality is the worst
Poor Quality of Merchandise
I have six Calvin Klein dresses, the zipper will not zip on most of them. I get the dress half way zipped and it won't go any further.
I am going to have to have the zipper replaced or take a loss on these dresses. I have one of their reversible totes the hardware tarnished in the first 6 months. This brand is not equivalent to Michael Kors or Coach by no means. It would be better to pay the extra bucks for something that will last.
I will be staying away from this brand.
Don't waste your money on their worthless products. Seems they would want to produce a better product, they have fallen by the way side, putting their name on any and everything like Bill Blass and Gloria Vandervilt.

Awful company, never again
I've been working weeks with Calvin Klein to get a refund for a return. They claimed for weeks that they never received my item, and I had no proof of return since I had lost the tracking number.
Customer service representatives were extremely unhelpful, including one rude supervisor who told me I couldn't get information about the order without a "lawyer" and called me names when I said there might be issues with their returns warehouse. Then I spent hours at the UPS store and on the phone with UPS and finally found the tracking number. Upon giving it to them, they told me they would give me a refund. No apology, nothing.
They seemed to suggest it was my fault that this happened. Will never shop at Calvin Klein again and will actively campaign against the company for the rest of my life.

I ordered for a substantial amount of money at Calvin Klein.I filled in the shipping and billing address. My first order they cancel my order because their system cannot verify information with my bank.
I used other credit card and They put a hold for the money on my account and they cancelled the order again. But they still charging my account. Costumer service did not reply my e-mail, they did not give any information. Their customer support is too bad.
i never trust Calvin Klein online and by anything.
I will call my bank and customer service again. Be aware of the way they do business.

Calvin Klein Customer Care Review
It was my birthday last month and as I had never owned an authentic designer handbag before I thought why not. There was only one that kept drawing my attention each time I visited myer.
I decided to lay buy it and the final pick up day was the day after my birthday so it was perfect. The day finally came around and I I picked it up. Total of $399 I've had it not even a month.
My fake handbag is made better. Very disappointing.

bought my Calvin Klein coat end of season last year. I never wore the coat until this November.
The zipper started catching immediately. within 6 wks the zipper has torn inside of the coat & broke. The coat is beautiful! It's still in Brand New condition EXCEPT it has a broken zipper!
i purchased it @ Macys. However i found the coat on "lyst.com/clothing. " The coat description : Calvin Klein Faux-Fur-Trim Knee length down Coat. I have purchased from Calvin Klein directly on line & have been extreemly impressed with your customer service in the past., I have 3 college -aged daughter who would hope to continue to love & purchase Calvin Klein clothing in the future.
Tell me how you will resolve this issue. I will send pictures if you require.

Worst Customer Service!
I ordered 5 pairs of underwear off Calvin Kleins website on 11/30/2016, they took the money out of my account immediately and said I had been upgraded to free express shipping since I spent over $50. I received an email afterwards saying I will receive another email once my items are shipped.
On December 8th, over a week later, I still had not received an email about my order being shipped. I spoke to customer service both through chat and over the phone. The guy "Miguel" who I was chatting with online said theres nothing he can do for me and to call customer service which I did. I spoke to a young woman named Tasha who was constantly speaking over me and basically called me a liar, saying they never took money out of my account and that it was a hold.
Thats complete BS because they took the money from my account! When I told her about express shipping she said that once my order was fulfilled then it will be shipped express. She continued to argue with me. Long story short, after having enough of listening to this young woman's rude and *** tone I told her if my order is not shipped by the following day I will reverse the charge on my card.
Not an hour after hanging up with her did I receive an email saying 2 of the 5 pairs of underwear I ordered 9 days prior were canceled bc they were out of stock and I would not be charged for them. Not only have I not received a refund for the 2 pairs of underwear I was charged for but I am still waiting for tracking info!!!
I am beyond furious and will happily throw the underwear I purchased from CK in my fireplace if I ever receive them. Never again will I spend a penny on CK merchandise, I will stick with 2(x)ist for my underwear and jock needs.

Calvin Klein ----lousy customer service, not issuing a refund
I have purchased several item on line from Calvin Klein. Some of them did not work and I have returned them back.
I had to call their customer service several times to get my money back. It took them almost a month to issue a refund. And guess what, refund was issued not for all the item I have sent back to them. I had to fight to get a refund in full.
NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!! I am still waiting to get a balance from them.
Seems that their people are not capable to count how many items were in the box. I had to email them the copy (they got the original with the item) of description of the items.

When you use a credit card they withdraw at the moment they ship the order. They put a hold for the money on my account and they cancelled the order. Which is against their policy. When I called they said they released the hold.
After calling with my bank and talking to second line support the bank found out that the release was not send. Calvin Klein is unwilling to work with me and claims they released the money. They point at their process and asked(I was chatting with them) to call so they could forward me to a manager who would explain their process. All I ask is someone from accounting who can release the hold I have the transaction number.
This is horrible customer support. I have to wait about 8 business days to have this substantial amount released.
Be aware of the way they do business.
They take you money the same day. But when they have to return it you have to wait till they feel like giving it back.

Poor Customer service and dishonesty to their customer
My recent experience with Calvin Klein product and their poor customer service and dishonesty annoys me so much that I just don't know how to describe it.
I have bought a Calvin Klein watch which happens to have many problems with watch itself and I am truly pissed off with their customer service and disrespect for their customer at their distribution store in Iran.
This watch was left in the distributor store to be looked at it, but what happens is that they call me and say there is something wrong with wristband of the brand new watch!!. Initially I took it there to have it checked for not working perhaps due to battery drainage. Then while working on it they might have dropped the watch and perhaps caused damage. Now they are asking me to pay half the price of the new wristband which I would never do it.
They should be honest and replace it. Also I am doubly pissed off with poor customer service email exchanges which takes them ages to reply. Calvin Klein products are having their final days.
I would advice people to go for other brands when it comes to watches. For me Calvin Klein products are dead!!!

Disgraceful customer service I'm
Very unhappy and want to take it further but there website doesn't tell you how to do this
